Repair Policy

You can apply for repair service if the product does not function during warranty period. The warranty period for main parts can be check in the repair period form. To require for free repair must meet the requirement as below:
1. Products under normal use during the warranty period but suffers non-human performance failures.
2. Without any damage cause by dissemble, operation or modification under non-official guidance.
3. Provide with legal proof-of-purchase, receipts, or invoices.

Free Repair Service will not be provided where:

1. Legal proof of purchase, receipts, or invoices are not provided.
2. Damage caused by intentional collision or other fault operation.
3. Damage caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product.
4. Damage caused by improper use of incompatible charger.
5. Damage is caused to the product by using under rigid environment, including high temperature, rain & snow, dust, etc.
6. The product has been stolen, or it is missing.
7. The product is damaged during transportation.

The warranty period varies based on the local laws and regulations. Genkinno reserves the right of final explanation to the above policies.

General Terms

Genkinno guarantees that products you purchased from us will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use. The warranty period for a product starts from the purchasing date on the proof of purchase. For more detail you may check in the “Repair policy”During the period if our product dose not function as described, please contact with after-sales services to get help and describe in detail about your problem. We will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem by telephone, e-mail or online chat. After-sales services may not be provided, and After-sales Policy may be different in some areas. Additional charges may apply outside of our service areas. Return & Refund Policy

Within seven (7) calendar days of the purchasing date on the proof of purchase if the product has a manufacturing defect.Within seven (7) calendar days of the purchasing date on the proof of purchase, if the product has no manufacturing defect, the packaging, accessories, complimentary products, and user manuals are intact and not damaged, the product has not been activated, and the second sale will not be affected.

How to Return and Refund

To initiate a refund and to arrange for a return, contact Genkinno product support at support@genkinno.com. You will receive a refund of the Product purchase-price and taxes you paid for the Product, including charges you paid for delivery and installation of the Product. If you financed your purchase, your financial service company will refund your paid installments less any interest paid. If the Product is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional fee. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible.Once your return item is received, we will notify you that we have received your returned item by email. We will also inform you of the total refund amount. You could expect a refund within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return. If not, please recheck your bank account or contact your credit card company or your bank for further details.

Shipping in Return Process

We suggest that you use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation to ship your Returned Product back to the location that customer support provided. Genkinno shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Returned Product caused in transit.

Limitation of Liability

Genkinno is not responsible for loss or disclosure of any data, including confidential information, proprietary information, or personal information, contained in a product.Under no circumstances, and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any remedy set forth herein, shall us, our affiliates, suppliers, resellers, or service providers be liable for any of the following even if informed of their possibility and regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability or other theory of liability:
1. Third party claims against you for damages; 
2. Loss, damage or disclosure of your data; 
3. Special, incidental, punitive, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, businessrevenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. In no case shall the total liability of us, our affiliates, suppliers, resellers, or service providers for damages from any cause exceed the amount of actual direct damages, not to exceed the amount paid for the product.The foregoing limitation does not apply to damages for bodily injury (including death), damage to real property or damage to tangible personal property for which Genkinno is liable under law.As some countries, states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
